Navigator’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability members are change management consultants who are passionate about helping clients achieve their projects’ intended business benefits. Our OCM capability members are change management consultants who are passionate about helping clients achieve their projects’ intended business benefits. We do this by accelerating peoples’ adoption, utilization, and proficiency in their new ways of working, by building the client’s internal change management capability, and by preparing leadership to successfully lead their organizations through large-scale change. In addition to being one of only five Prosci® Authorized Training Providers in the U.S., our change management approach is highlighted by working collaboratively with our clients. We integrate change management with project management, with other project disciplines, and with strategy and operations. Many of our OCM capability members have competence in other Navigator capabilities, such as Program/Project Management and Business Analysis and Process Design, as well as in managing change on projects that involve one or more of Navigator’s solutions, such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP and Kuali.
